Job summary

Premium Solutions Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the facilities management sector. You will identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments while building long-term client partnerships.

Role requires 5+ years in FM BD in the UAE, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid network in Dubai's real estate ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree required; CAFM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FM business development in the UAE.
• Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models, cost structures and value propositions.
• Understanding of CAFM system technology-led FM innovations.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to market penetration.
• Strong network within Dubai's real estate and property management ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field (FM Certifications are a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Responsibilities
