Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Tender Executive to lead early intelligence for government and regulated opportunities across the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and Africa.

You will de-risk the sales pipeline, identify tenders before public release, and support informed bid/no-bid decisions to ensure resources are used on strategically viable opportunities.

This role requires 5–8 years in tender management or procurement with strong analytical and stakeholder-engagement skills, plus CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of tender management, business development, government procurement, or tender intelligence experience.
• Exposure to government security, regulated industries, or mission-critical environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of government procurement lifecycles and tender evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Tender scouting to identify upcoming government tenders before public release across UAE, GCC, Middle East and Africa.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps across ministries, regulators, and key influencers.
• Provide bid/no-bid recommendations and inputs to tender teams during pre-RFP and tender stages.
• Maintain structured tender and intelligence pipeline, prepare executive summaries and dashboards.
