Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a highly organized Tender Governance & Commercial Analyst to support the Sales organization across Asset Performance International. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will drive governance, ensure robust commercial reporting, and enable data‑driven decision making throughout the tender lifecycle.

You will collaborate with commercial, operations, finance and leadership teams, develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel, and help improve bid quality while maintaining audit trails and

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset capable of turning data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Copilot and digital reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Python, automation or data visualization is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender governance calendar and bid submission milestones.
• Coordinate governance meetings and distribute documentation.
• Ensure governance packs are complete and version controlled.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly sales dashboards.
• Prepare concise reports for senior leadership with insights.
