Job summary

Bilfinger Middle East seeks a highly organized Tender Governance & Commercial Analyst to support the Asset Performance international sales organization from Abu Dhabi. You will own governance processes, drive data-driven reporting, and partner with commercial, operational, and finance teams to improve bid quality and forecast accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Power BI experience, and the ability to transform complex data into executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management or Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Copilot and digital reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender governance calendar with bid reviews, gates and milestones.
• Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, attendees and documents.
• Ensure governance packs are complete, version controlled and auditable.
• Record decisions, actions and risk mitigation; manage action trackers.
• Support governance consistency across countries and units.
• Act as Salesforce data quality owner; develop dashboards and reports.
• Analyze pipeline, forecast accuracy, order intake and account performance.
• Provide executive-ready reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, finance and business leaders.
