Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Tender Governance & Commercial Analyst in Abu Dhabi to support the Sales organization with governance, analytics, and executive reporting. You will drive tender quality, manage governance packs, and develop dashboards across Asset Performance International.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and governance standardization to strengthen bid processes and commercial visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience in tender governance, bid management, sales operations, commercial support, or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Governance: manage tender calendars, bid reviews, approval gates and milestones.
• Prepare governance packs with summaries, risks, pricing assumptions and documentation.
• Maintain minutes, actions, and auditable decision trails.
• Sales operations: develop dashboards and analyze pipeline, forecast, and orders.
• Executive reporting: concise leadership reports and cross-functional coordination.
• Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Copilot for reporting efficiency.
