Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Tender Executive to serve as the organization’s early-warning and tender intelligence focal point across the UAE, GCC, Middle East and Africa. The role aims to de-risk the sales pipeline and enable informed bid decisions by spotting opportunities before public release.

You will identify tenders, map stakeholders, monitor regulatory trends, and translate intelligence into actionable guidance for senior leadership with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with strong analytical capability.
• 5–8 years in tender management, government procurement, or tender intelligence in UAE/GCC/Middle East/ Africa.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as identity, traceability, or mission-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming government and semi-government tenders pre-announcement across UAE, GCC, MEA.
• Monitor regulatory and sector developments impacting government procurement.
• Provide early visibility on procurement timelines and funding readiness.
• Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for senior management.
