Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a highly organized Tender Governance & Commercial Analyst to strengthen governance, reporting, and data-driven decision making for the Asset Performance International sales organisation.

You will manage governance calendars, prepare executive reports, develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel, ensure Salesforce data quality, and support cross-country processes from Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related discipline.
• Experience in tender governance, bid management, sales operations, or analytics within engineering/industrial services.
• Strong understanding of tender lifecycles, approval processes, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender governance calendar, bid reviews, and submission milestones.
• Coordinate governance meetings and distribute supporting documentation.
• Ensure governance packs are complete and auditable with risk assessments and pricing assumptions.
• Record meeting minutes and track actions to ensure timely closure.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance dashboards.
• Analyse pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and account performance for insights.
