Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia in Dubai seeks a Lead Pre-Sales Engineer to drive technical engagement with strategic accounts and coordinate with regional technical teams. You will identify and analyze customers' technical needs, collaborate with product teams to drive upgrades, conduct market and competitive research, and work with the sales team to expand market share across the Middle East.

Qualifications

3+ years in pre-sales engineering for PV/energy storage with a master’s degree, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with large-scale PV and energy storage projects.
Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical relationship management for strategic key accounts and coordinate with regional teams.
Run regular technical engagement sessions to showcase strengths and build brand preference.
Identify technical needs of key accounts with product teams for upgrades and iteration.
Perform multi-channel market research and competitive analysis to deliver strategic insights.
Coordinate technical alignment for strategic key accounts and major projects for smooth delivery.
Collaborate with sales to expand market share across key accounts.
