Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia in Dubai seeks a Lead Pre-Sales Engineer to drive technical engagement with strategic accounts and coordinate with regional technical teams. You will identify and analyze customers' technical needs, collaborate with product teams to drive upgrades, conduct market and competitive research, and work with the sales team to expand market share across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales engineering for PV/energy storage with a master’s degree, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with large-scale PV and energy storage projects.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a plus.

• Identify and analyze the technical needs of key accounts, working closely with product teams to drive product optimization, upgrades, and technology iteration.
• Conduct comprehensive, multi-channel technical market research; perform in-depth competitive analysis and deliver high-value insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support technical coordination and alignment for strategic key accounts and major projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to expand market share across key accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solutions (inverter and energy storage systems preferred) with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree in the PV & energy storage industry.
• Strong international business collaboration capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale PV & energy storage projects is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is a plus.
