The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English and a preference for Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in executive advisory, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience working directly with CEO/C-suite/senior management.
• Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic advisory support to the CEO on projects, operations, engineering, and business initiatives.
• Review and analyze technical information and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
• Track actions, responsibilities, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Prepare technical presentations, reports, briefing packs, and executive dashboards.
• Maintain action trackers and CEO-level dashboards.
• Coordinate CEO meetings, site visits, travel, and related logistics.
• Handle confidential and strategic information with discretion.
