Responsibilities

  • Prepare CEO-level briefing packs for business reviews, external meetings, and site visits.
  • Research participants, context, and potential discussion points for executive meetings.
  • Develop concise messages and decision prompts for productive conversations.
  • Track geopolitical, economic, industry, and market developments affecting the Group.
  • Convert external developments into concise, decision-ready intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate preparation cycles for important CEO meetings and ensure materials are ready.
  • Capture outcomes, commitments, decisions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Monitor follow-up actions and maintain visibility on priority commitments.
  • Track strategic projects against milestones, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain scorecards and performance reporting for the Group CEO's priorities.
  • Draft speeches, talking points, and executive correspondence reflecting the CEO’s tone.
  • Support investor relations, government, and partner communications as needed.
  • Structure leadership meetings and senior management forums with focused agendas.

Role Context The Senior Manager within the CEO Office will operate at the intersection of executive intelligence, strategic execution, communications, and performance oversight. The role is designed to ensure the Group CEO enters important meetings, reviews, site visits, and external engagements with concise, accurate, and commercially relevant information. Beyond preparation, the position will maintain visibility across priority initiatives, decisions, risks, and follow-up actions. It requires exceptional discretion because the individual will regularly handle commercially sensitive material, executive correspondence, strategic information, and discussions involving senior leaders, investors, governments, institutional partners, and other influential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare CEO-level briefing packs for business reviews, external meetings, institutional engagements, site visits, and market tours.
  • Research meeting participants, organizational interests, commercial context, strategic relevance, and potential discussion points.
  • Develop concise key messages, questions, and decision prompts that enable productive executive conversations.
  • Track geopolitical, economic, industry, market, and competitive developments affecting the Group.
  • Convert complex external developments into short, decision-ready intelligence reports for CEO consideration.
  • Coordinate preparation cycles for important CEO meetings and ensure required materials are received, reviewed, and consolidated.
  • Capture meeting outcomes, commitments, decisions, accountable owners, and agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor follow-up actions and maintain visibility until priority commitments are completed.
  • Track strategic projects and CEO-level initiatives against milestones, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain scorecards and performance reporting covering the Group CEO 's major priorities.
  • Highlight emerging issues, delays, or strategic concerns that may require CEO intervention.
  • Draft speeches, talking points, executive correspondence, briefing notes, and other leadership communications.
  • Ensure written communications reflect the CEO 's preferred tone, positioning, and intended audience.
  • Support executive positioning with investors, government representatives, business partners, institutions, and media stakeholders.
  • Help structure leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, and other senior management forums.
  • Prepare focused agendas, concise meeting materials, decision records, and action summaries.
  • Coordinate across business divisions and senior leadership teams to gather accurate information under demanding deadlines.
  • Use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve research, synthesis, reporting, and executive workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic, commercial, organizational, and executive information.
  • Contribute actively across the CEO Office by taking ownership of urgent assignments and supporting shared priorities.

Ideal Profile Candidates should bring approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience gained within a CEO office, executive office, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, senior corporate affairs, or a comparable high-level advisory environment. Previous experience supporting a chief executive, board member, or similarly senior principal is particularly important. Candidates must demonstrate the judgment required to work with sensitive information and the ability to distinguish critical executive issues from routine operational detail. Exceptional written and spoken English is required, including the ability to produce polished executive briefings, speeches, correspondence, and senior management materials. Strong project management skills are essential because the role involves multiple concurrent workstreams, tight deadlines, and coordination across numerous senior stakeholders. Commercial understanding and geopolitical awareness are also important, particularly knowledge of Middle East business dynamics and developments that may influence diversified regional organizations.
