Job summary

Al Faris United For Trading Services is seeking an Executive Technical Advisor to provide structured analytical, technically strong, and dependable advisory support directly to the CEO. The role involves coordinating strategic projects, tracking progress, preparing executive dashboards, and liaising with multiple functions across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Executive Technical Advisor, Technical Advisor, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar roles.
Experience working directly with CEO / C-suite / senior management.
Experience in engineering, construction, heavy equipment, heavy lifting, transport, industrial, energy, or logistics is preferred.
Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and strategic advisory support to the CEO on projects, operations, engineering and business initiatives.
Review and analyze technical and operational information and provide recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
Track actions, responsibilities, timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
Prepare technical presentations, reports, briefing packs and executive dashboards.
Maintain action trackers, project status reports and CEO-level dashboards.
Support analysis of projects, operations, assets, manpower, costs, productivity and timelines.
