Job summary

Al Faris United For Trading Services is seeking an Executive Technical Advisor to provide structured analytical, technically strong, and dependable advisory support directly to the CEO. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Executive Technical Advisor, Technical Advisor, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar roles.
• Experience working directly with CEO / C-suite / senior management.
• Experience in engineering, construction, heavy equipment, heavy lifting, transport, industrial, energy, or logistics is preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
• Track actions, responsibilities, timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
• Prepare technical presentations, reports, briefing packs and executive dashboards.
• Maintain action trackers, project status reports and CEO-level dashboards.
• Support analysis of projects, operations, assets, manpower, costs, productivity and timelines.

We are looking for a structured analytical technically strong and highly dependable Executive Technical Advisor to provide technical analytical project coordination strategic and executive advisory support to the CEO

b Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic advisory support to the CEO on projects operations engineering and business initiatives
• Review and analyze technical and operational information and provide recommendations to senior management
• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO
• Track actions responsibilities timelines milestones and key deliverables
• Participate in management meetings and follow up on decisions and action items
• Coordinate with Engineering Operations Sales Fabrication Workshop Finance HR and other functions
• Prepare technical presentations reports briefing packs management summaries and executive dashboards
• Review information and highlight key issues risks delays dependencies and areas requiring management attention
• Maintain action trackers project status reports and CEO-level dashboards
• Support analysis of projects operations assets manpower costs productivity and timelines
• Provide technical input and recommendations to support effective decision-making
• Assist the CEO in evaluating project performance operational challenges and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate CEO meetings site visits travel and related logistics as required
• Handle confidential commercially sensitive and strategic information with the highest level of discretion

Qualifications
