Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Talent Management professional in Dubai to drive performance management, probation goal setting, and succession planning within the Human Capital function. You will partner with the VP-Human Capital and leadership to align goals with annual objectives and deliver training materials to educate on the performance cycle and Tahweel navigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Detailed understanding of UAE Labour Law; media/entertainment exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP hiring managers and employees to set clear probation goals and track progress.
• Work with VP-Human Capital to ensure timely SMART goal setting aligned to annual objectives.
• Create training materials and communications on performance management and Tahweel navigation.
• Support HRBPs in administering and reporting performance improvement plans.
• Assist with calibration sessions and Talent Reviews; maintain master documents.
• Assist with Succession Plans workshops and nominations for high-potential development.
• Develop guidelines and templates for individual development plans; bi-annual progress reviews.
