Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in performance management, talent development, or HR generalist roles.
• Evidence of managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to set clear performance expectations and measurable objectives.
• Lead regular performance review cycles with timely feedback and development discussions.
