Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks a Training and Development professional in Dubai to design and deliver comprehensive programs aligned with talent management. The role focuses on elevating employee knowledge, skills, behaviours, and performance to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, annual training calendar planning, engaging delivery of sessions, budget management, vendor sourcing, and post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness and adoption across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CIPD Learning and Development level 3 or 5 preferred.
• Certified Coach or NLP practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and administer training programs to boost knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training.
• Plan annual training calendar, internal and external programs to boost productivity and quality.
• Facilitate sessions and workshops for employees and leaders; communicate training opportunities.
• Manage training budget and allocate resources across the organization.
• Source external vendors for content; measure program effectiveness and adoption.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Major in Human Resources

Master's degree preferred

Professional certification in Assessment and Learning and/or CIPD in Learning and Development (level 3 or 5) – preferred

Certified Coach

Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner
