You will design performance management, succession planning and leadership development, starting as an individual contributor with potential to grow a team as the function scales.

The role focuses on creating high‑performance culture, organisational effectiveness and scalable processes aligned with growth.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in People & Performance or related fields.
• Experience designing performance management and talent development frameworks.
• Expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and capability gap analysis.
• Experience scaling people processes in startup or fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured performance management framework.
• Establish succession plans for critical roles.
• Identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture with accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent assessments.
• Establish clear processes for performance, development and offboarding.
• Assess and align people practices with business priorities.
• Collaborate with the President and C-suite on people strategies.
• Define governance and ways of working for the function.
