Job summary

PulsePoint in Sharjah is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. You will build client relationships, set targets, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least five years in sales management, and proven success in meeting targets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company
