Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least five years in sales management, and proven success in meeting targets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance.
