Job summary

PPOAR in Ras-al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and lead the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining customer relationships. You will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and report results to senior management, ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales management role.
• Knowledge of sales techniques & principles, marketing techniques & principles, product knowledge & delivery methods.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure growth and revenue targets are achieved
• Manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to expand business opportunities
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback to ensure high levels of productivity
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales activities to senior management
• Analyze market trends to identify potential new customers or opportunities for growth
• Stay up to date on industry developments in order to develop competitive strategies
