Job summary

Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for non-IT staffing and outsourcing in Dubai. You will lead hunter sales initiatives, build a robust pipeline, and secure new logo clients across the UAE and GCC.

You will develop strategic plans, target C-level decision-makers, and present tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs. Prior success in B2B sales and quota attainment is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales hunter role in UAE, preferably in Staffing (Non-IT) or HRMS/outsourcing.
• Strong experience in solution-based B2B sales within UAE or GCC markets.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for staffing, outsourcing, and manpower services.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and wider GCC markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.
• Prospect, network, and leverage market insights to secure high-value client meetings with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth by presenting tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring trust, credibility, and long-term value creation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring smooth handover to account management and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
