Caliberly Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager (Non-IT Staffing & Outsourcing) to lead new business development, engage C-level stakeholders, and close strategic deals.

The role focuses on staffing, outsourcing, and manpower solutions, building a strong pipeline, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets in UAE and GCC markets.

You must have proven hunter experience in UAE, with a track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales hunter role in UAE, preferably with Staffing (Non-IT) or HRMS/Tech-based or Outsourcing industry.
• Strong experience in solution-based B2B sales within UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for staffing, outsourcing, and manpower services.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and wider GCC markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.
• Prospect, network, and leverage market insights to secure high-value client meetings with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth by presenting tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring trust, credibility, and long-term value creation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring smooth handover to account management and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
