Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Project Account Manager to join our team in Ruwais. You will serve as the trusted partner for customers on major projects, delivering on-site technical expertise, product demonstrations, and commercial support from inception through to completion.

Ideal candidates hold civil or mechanical engineering degrees and have 2–3 years in technical sales or account management on construction sites, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required with on-site project exposure.
• Experience in technical sales or account management on construction jobsites.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted partner for customers on major jobsites, providing technical and commercial support from project inception to completion.
• Manage strategic construction sites and serve as primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate Hilti solutions and conduct trainings to raise awareness of technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and excellent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and deliver additional value to customers.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with Sold-to AM for receivables.
