Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Project Account Manager to join our team in Ruwais. You will serve as the trusted partner for customers on major projects, delivering on-site technical expertise, product demonstrations, and commercial support from inception through to completion.

Ideal candidates hold civil or mechanical engineering degrees and have 2–3 years in technical sales or account management on construction sites, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted partner for customers on major jobsites, providing technical and commercial support from project inception to completion.

• Demonstrate Hilti solutions and conduct trainings to raise awareness of technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and excellent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and deliver additional value to customers.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with Sold-to AM for receivables.

At Hilti, we' re looking for a Project Account Manager (PAM) to join our team in Ruwais and play a key role in some of the region's largest and most complex construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineering professional who enjoys being on-site, solving challenges, and helping customers achieve outstanding project outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Project Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for customers on major jobsites, providing technical expertise, innovative solutions, and commercial support from project inception through to completion.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing strategic construction sites and serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and decision‑makers across the project lifecycle
• Demonstrating Hilti solutions and communicating their technical and commercial value
• Conducting product trainings, workshops, and seminars to increase awareness of innovative technologies and solutions
• Supporting customers in overcoming technical and operational challenges on-site
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and exceptional customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to grow business and deliver additional value to customers
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders throughout execution
• Ensuring timely coordination with Sold‑to AM to collect account receivables

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or a customer-facing engineering role
• Experience working with construction projects or jobsites
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical solutions and deliver effective product demonstrations
• Commercial awareness and a problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Confidence managing both technical and commercial discussions with customers
