Job summary

Equativ, a leading AdTech company, is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager in Dubai to drive demand-side success across APAC and MENA. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to transform complex technology into persuasive narratives and reusable templates that accelerate winning proposals.

Responsibilities include managing global RFP responses, owning the sales tools library, and delivering insights from market trends to improve messaging and materials for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of media/agency/technology experience.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal process for global opportunities (Agencies, Brands, Trading Desks).
• Translate complex tech specs into persuasive narratives and brand-aligned materials.
• Develop best-in-class response templates for Equativ offerings.
• Act as SME for the sales team during discovery of pitches.
• Analyze RFP win/loss data to identify trends and provide insights.
