Job summary

Rubrik is looking for a seasoned sales enablement leader in Dubai to own the communication strategy and execution for global sales programs. You will design learning journeys, partner with SMEs, and host live training sessions with subject-matter experts to accelerate performance across distributed teams.

In this role you will manage end-to-end enablement projects, drive change management for new tools, apply analytics to track progress, and own AI tooling initiatives to improve workflow

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or L&D.
• Experience in a technical or SaaS company environment.
• Proven track record designing and delivering live and on-demand learning programs.
• Experience managing communication strategy for distributed, field-facing audiences.
• Ability to partner with SMEs to build technical or product content.
• Strong program management skills for running multiple concurrent programs.
• Familiarity with LMS/CMS or enablement tooling.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Own communication strategy and execution for sales enablement programs
• Design and manage learning journeys for ongoing sales enablement using instructional design
• Plan, calendar, and host live training sessions with SMEs
• Develop processes to prioritize content requests and maintain a content roadmap
• Partner across the enablement ecosystem to surface gaps and priorities
• Manage enablement projects end-to-end, including timelines, resources, and risk
• Lead change management for new programs, processes, or tools
• Apply analytical skills to track progress against business goals and metrics
• Own AI tooling initiatives to drive workflow efficiency
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of enablement events like SKO
