Job summary

KNZ Solutions, Inc. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to join the Sales and Revenue Growth organization.

You will directly support VPs and managers to turn priorities into customer-facing deliverables, ensuring rapid, high-quality output and efficient production processes. You will develop presentations, collateral, campaigns, and digital assets, coordinate with Revenue Operations, and use AI tools to drive speed and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in marketing production, sales enablement, or related field
• Proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint required; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, including campaign creation and basic administration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Work with BDMs to develop account-specific presentations, collateral, campaigns, research, and materials
• Create and maintain sales presentations, case studies, solution briefs, proposal assets, and collateral
• Build digital assets supporting ABM programs and strategic account penetration
• Support email campaigns, landing pages, digital content, and campaign production with Revenue Operations
• Produce and edit graphics, presentations, short-form video, and other digital content
• Support prospecting and account-development initiatives with targeted content assets
• Assist with OEM-funded campaigns, events, webinars, and customer programs
• Translate strategy into finished deliverables and maintain asset libraries
• Use AI and automation tools to improve production speed and quality
• Create campaigns in HubSpot and provide admin support as needed
