Job summary

W Hotels Dubai is seeking a management-level sales professional to lead the property’s segmented sales efforts across group, transient, corporate and other segments, implementing strategy and driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on building long-term, value-based relationships, achieving personal booking goals, and working with the DOS and sales team to execute plans and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in sales/marketing or related professional area.
• OR 4‑year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales/marketing or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort (group, transient, association, corporate, etc.).
• Implements segment sales strategy to achieve segment and property revenue goals.
• Develops and implements promotions, both internal and external.
• Participates in sales calls to acquire new business or close on business.
• Analyses market information to meet financial room and catering goals.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and builds long-term relationships with guests.

Education

2‑year degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt or related major

4‑year bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt or related major
