Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group, owner of voco® Dubai, is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales - Leisure & Mice to shape revenue strategies and lead the sales team in a vibrant Dubai market.

You will develop and implement sales and marketing plans, drive room nights, manage key accounts, and build lasting relationships with guests and partners while ensuring exceptional True Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• Four+ years in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify business trends and marketing opportunities to improve hotel performance.
• Close business through outside calls, telemarketing, events and other channels.
• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue goals and KPIs.
• Understand the Dubai market and competitor landscape to inform strategy.
