Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emails, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet orders).
• Answer guest questions about facilities/services and respond to client inquiries by phone and email.
