Job summary

Fairmont The Palm in Dubai seeks a Director of Revenue Management to lead the Revenue and Reservation Department, set pricing strategies, and optimize profits across rooms, F&B, and services.

You will harness analytics, forecasts and channel management to maximize occupancy and revenue, collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Strategy, and drive performance within Accor's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in hotel/finance domain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and collaborate with profit teams to drive incremental profit.
• Communicate a Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision to property leaders.
• Utilize RM analytics, processes, and tools to optimize profits.
• Create short- and long-term forecasts for pricing and yielding.
• Participate in annual budget and long-term projections.
• Lead renewal of reservations standards and distribution strategies.
• Monitor economic, market, and competitive indicators for strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to measure and improve digital efforts.
