Job summary

Accor Dubai is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead the Revenue and Reservation Department and drive the hotel's profit strategy through pricing, inventory control, and channel management. You will partner with commercial leaders to optimize rooms, F&B, and services’ revenue while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field and strong RM knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Dynamic, proactive attitude with professional appearance.
• Experience with reservation systems and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic planning and collaborates with hotel profit teams to drive incremental profit.
• Communicates RM vision to property leaders; fosters RM culture across departments.
• Leverages RM analytics technologies to optimize hotel profits.
• Creates short- and long-term forecasts for pricing and yielding decisions.
• Participates in annual budget process and long-term projections.
• Chairs weekly Revenue Management Meetings and prepares materials.
• Monitors market indicators to derive insight-led strategies.
• Develops training and guides department for guest service excellence.
• Directs and manages channel distribution strategies and maintains distribution health.
• Collaborates with Marketing to measure, evaluate, and improve digital marketing efforts.
