Job summary

Etihad Rail Infrastructure is seeking an Engineering Work Scheduler to join the Engineering Delivery Team. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize Engineering Hours possessions across the UAE rail network, producing up-to-date possession plans and ensuring access, vehicle movements, and operational constraints are aligned with procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the entire ER Network.
• Driving license.
• Experience in railway environment and possessions.
• Clear, concise communicator in English.
• Proficiency in IT equipment.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands in complex possession environments.

Responsibilities

• Possession planning and coordination: plan limits, align access, coordinate conflicts.
• Pre-possession preparation: briefing packs with activity lists and constraints.
• Conflict identification and deconfliction: resolve timing clashes and access issues.
• Late change management: manage late requests and scope changes.
• Worksite and resource optimization: sequence works for maximum utilization.
• Documentation and plan quality: quality-check plans, lists, and routes.
• Trend analysis and improvement: review delays and implement improvements.
• Support to business continuity: act as single point of contact for changes.
