Job summary

VK Global HR Consultancy in the UAE is seeking an ambitious Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to grow our recruitment business. This is a pure BD and client-management role focused on winning new clients, securing mandates and expanding the client portfolio.

You will not source candidates or deliver recruitment; instead you will leverage your UAE network to generate opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and negotiate terms with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BD experience within UAE recruitment or HR services.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and recruitment mandates.
• Strong ability to build relationships with HR directors and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and market research.
• Identify and connect with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders and Business Owners.
• Conduct outbound business development calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements and identify opportunities where VK Global HR can support.
• Introduce VK Global HR's recruitment solutions and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Prepare and present recruitment proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Secure new client accounts and recruitment mandates.
• Develop and maintain a strong prospect and client pipeline.
• Build a consistent flow of new business opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts.
