Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Dubai to manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients, focusing on retention, upsell, and revenue growth. You will analyze listings and lead performance, provide data-driven recommendations, and educate clients on platform products to maximize ROI.

The role involves strategic collaboration with marketing, product and operations, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving quotas in a fast-paced, multicultural UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid UAE license required
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate knowledge of sales processes
• Understanding of agency needs and market dynamics
• Ability to learn new products over time

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients and serve as primary contact.
• Drive contract renewals, upsell and cross-sell to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze listings and leads to provide data-driven recommendations for visibility and ROI.
• Educate clients on platform products and maximize advertising solutions usage.
• Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies and competitor activity.
• Develop growth strategies tailored to each agency’s inventory and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to improve listing quality and inventory strategy.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and present actionable plans.
