Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and convert high-value opportunities across the UAE real estate market. You will apply a consultative approach, engaging senior decision-makers and building compelling business cases to demonstrate measurable value.

You will own opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract completion, using data analytics to inform strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales or business development.
• Experience in real estate, proptech, digital advertising, SaaS, media or data-led sales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage high-value opportunities across extended sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value new business opportunities across the UAE real estate market.
• Build, maintain and convert a strong, well-qualified pipeline across the sales cycle.
• Develop relationships with CEOs, MDs and senior decision-makers in real estate.
• Conduct discovery to understand client business models, objectives and portfolios.
• Translate data and insights into commercial recommendations tailored to client objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities and ensure smooth handover to customers.
