Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities across the UAE real estate market. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, engaging senior decision-makers and building compelling business cases.

The role requires deep commercial acumen, data-driven insights and a consultative approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. UAE driving license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; in real estate, proptech, digital advertising, SaaS, media or data-led sales is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B sales and consultative environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value new business opportunities across the UAE real estate market.
• Build, maintain and convert a strong pipeline; own opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers (owners, CEOs, MDs).
• Conduct detailed discovery of client business models and commercial objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions and structure negotiations with internal alignment.
