Job summary

Holcim UAE seeks an experienced sales professional to drive RMX market share in the UAE, focusing on Northern Emirates and fostering customer relationships to deliver volume and revenue growth.

You will support the Sales Manager in executing the commercial strategy, nurture relationships with customers, consultants and authorities, and regularly report on market trends and performance.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience, RMX preferred.
• Knowledge of GCC/UAE Readymix market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves and surpasses sales volume, ASP, and MOM targets with timely collections.
• Support the Sales Manager in driving strategy and executing responsibilities aligned with Holcim's commitments.
• Develop trade relations across a broad customer base in a sustainable commercial logic.
• Prepares quotations and responds to tenders and live requests.
• Engages with customers through visits and market intelligence to address needs.
• Collaborates with VAP team to promote upsell and maintain relationships with authorities and consultants.
• Monitors performance metrics and reports market developments and forecasts.
• Ensures adherence to credit limits and payment terms.
