Job summary

Kerzner International's Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Manager, Special Projects to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with budget. You will manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers, produce detailed reports, and drive process improvements while communicating with senior leadership.

This role requires strong project management, budgeting, and analysis skills, plus the ability to lead teams and resolve issues in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a project administrator.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Leadership abilities and people management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as Client Representative coordinating internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Prepare progress and cost-tracking reports for senior management.
• Review documents and coordinate LOI/contracts with legal/commercial teams.
