Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Project Administrator to lead monitor and coordinate people and processes to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, support budgeting, reporting, and change management, and communicate clearly across teams.

This is a luxury hospitality environment with multiple ongoing projects across The Palm properties in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a project administrator.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitor and coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Designers, and Vendors for scope and feasibility.
• Act as Client Representative and coordinate internal resources for execution.
• Manage progress reporting and cost tracking with senior management.
• Review reports and liaise with commercial/legal teams for LOI/contracts.
• Ensure government approvals and permits are in place.
• Provide weekly progress and cost updates and risk assessments.
• Conduct quality checks and verify changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for the Department Head.
