Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks a Project Manager for Special Projects Delivery to coordinate complex resort initiatives from scope through handover and warranty. You will align consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has proven project administration and delivery experience in hospitality, with strong leadership, budgeting, and governance capabilities across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project administration, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience coordinating consultants, designers, contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned special projects from initial scope through completion.
• Define objectives, technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines with consultants/designers.
• Ensure internal stakeholders are involved during planning and feasibility reviews.
• Coordinate internal resources, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and delivery quality.
• Prepare detailed weekly and periodic progress reports.
