Job summary

Atlantis Resorts is seeking a Project Manager for Resort Development Projects in Dubai to coordinate design, construction, refurbishment, and delivery across a luxury resort environment. You will manage scope, budgets, contractors, consultants, and approvals, ensuring timely handover and alignment with commercial objectives.

The role requires end-to-end project coordination, client-side representation where needed, and collaboration with internal teams, operators, and leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven project administration and delivery experience overseeing consultants, contractors, budgets, and construction coordination.
• Experience coordinating complex hospitality or resort development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resort projects from definition through construction, commissioning, handover, and warranty completion.
• Engage consultants, designers, and contractors to establish detailed scopes and measurable objectives.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives throughout planning and delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and change controls with clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Prepare cost-to-completion summaries and timely progress reports for management.
