Job summary

Kerzner International's Atlantis Dubai invites an experienced Manager Special Projects to lead cross-functional programs across the resort portfolio. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality standards.

You'll oversee budgeting, reporting and stakeholder communications, manage risks and drive continuous improvement while guiding a talented team through complex initiatives that shape guest experiences and operational

• Proven working experience as a project administrator.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Consultants and Designers in developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Act as a Client Representative in the instance of an external Project Manager and coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget, with cost tracking and reporting including project cost to completion.
• Review recommendation reports submitted based on scoring and review comments from VP of Special Projects, Senior Management and Operators; obtain approvals and signatures.
• Liaise with commercial legal team to finalize LOI contracts.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure all government-related approvals (Design/Construction NOCs, Building Permits) are in place.
• Evaluate design/construction progress and prepare detailed weekly reports; monitor progress and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site inspections with consultant team before project completion to determine snags and ensure issues are rectified before sign-off.
• Assist with admin duties, prepare reports for the Department Head, and maintain project tracking documentation.
