Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Manager, Special Projects to lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams for on-time, on-budget project delivery at iconic resorts. You will oversee budgeting, analysis, and communication with consultants, contractors and suppliers to meet business timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong project management background, excellent communication, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a project administrator.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, designers and vendors to define scopes and objectives.
• Act as Client Representative and coordinate internal resources and third parties.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget.
• Prepare progress/cost tracking reports for senior management.
• Review reports, secure approvals, and liaise on LOI/contracts.
• Ensure government approvals, design and construction permits are in place.
• Monitor progress on site and address delays with contractors and PMs.
• Conduct quality checks and manage scope/cost changes with proper documentation.
• Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and assist with payments.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure issues are rectified before sign-off.
