Job summary

FACTS Computer Software House, LLC in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team with lead generation, customer communication, CRM management, and business development. You will coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and assist with digital marketing activities to drive client engagement.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in software/ERP sales or a tech environment being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, business development, CRM management.
• Experience in software/ERP sales or tech environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make preliminary contact with prospective customers via telephone, email, and other channels to understand requirements and introduce the company.
• Conduct cold calls and other lead-generation activities to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records, including enquiries, leads, opportunities, customer details, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure all enquiries and leads are properly recorded and regularly updated in the CRM.
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings between the Sales Team and clients, including scheduling and invitations.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, online meetings, and other channels as required.
• Provide a brief introduction and demonstration of the company's software products and explain their key features and benefits.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents to customers.
• Participate in commercial and sales negotiations with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager/concerned team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely action on enquiries, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports, enquiry status reports, follow-up reports, and other management reports.
• Assist with SEO activities, including content coordination, keyword-related activities, website updates, and other SEO initiatives as required.
• Support other digital marketing & promotional activities as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to obtain information, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals, and address customer requirements.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day sales, marketing coordination, and administrative activities.
• Perform other duties related to Sales & Marketing as assigned by management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer handling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to confidently introduce and explain software products to prospective customers.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation and cold calling.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, sales team, and other departments.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
