Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee multi-project delivery in real estate development. You will coordinate with section heads and leads to ensure projects align with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines, while driving risk management and stakeholder communications.

The role requires 12–15+ years in project leadership, including 8+ years in senior roles, and proficiency with Primavera, Power BI, and MS Office. A PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Construction.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 12–15+ years total experience, 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years with a developer preferred.
• Strong project delivery, risk and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and documentation of Job Requisitions with cross-functional teams.
• Guide project management strategies with Section Heads and Project Leads.
• Manage multiple projects aligning with strategic objectives and growth.
• Drive communication plans to resolve anomalies during project delivery.
• Monitor actual cost vs budget and oversee financial reports.
• Facilitate change requests to keep schedule and budget on track.
• Lead project delivery processes within assigned budgets and timelines.
• Support contractor mitigation plans, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Assist commercial function and stakeholder relations throughout client lifecycle.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials for implementation.
