Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Senior Manager / Associate Director in delivering multi-disciplinary real estate projects in the UAE. The role focuses on coordinating scope, budget, quality and HSE, while tracking progress, procurement schedules and design milestones.

You'll liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve interfaces, maintain logs, and support timely project delivery, reporting into the UAE market with strong coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction or project delivery.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in UAE or UAE developer-side preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects in line with scope, budget and schedule.
• Monitor progress, milestones, procurement, design deliverables, and site resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Track submissions, RFIs, method statements, material approvals and reports.
• Maintain registers, dashboards, risk/issue logs, and close-out records.
• Support meetings, site inspections and minutes.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE, and approvals compliance.
• Track payments, variations, and potential cost exposure with Commercial/Finance.
• Coordinate NOCs, permits, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Support DLP and close-out activities and warranties.
