Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a senior project leader to oversee multi‑year real estate initiatives. You will drive project strategy, budget discipline and governance across departments, ensuring alignment with corporate growth and sustainability goals.

You will partner with Section Heads, Project Leads, and stakeholders to deliver programs on time, within budget, and with high quality, while mentoring teams and advancing digital reporting using tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/architectural/construction fields.
• 12–15+ years of experience with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years with a developer or real estate developer is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, risk & change management.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Office, and Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of job requisitions aligned with workforce plans.
• Guide project delivery strategies with Section Heads and Project Leads.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion and value.
• Lead communications plans to resolve project anomalies.
• Monitor actual cost vs budget and produce financial reports.
• Facilitate change requests impacting schedule and budget.
• Support contractor plans, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Assist commercial function through client lifecycle and issues.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials for handover.
• Collaborate across sectors to assess risks and value.
• Ensure statutory compliance and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide technical support to the commercial team.
• Analyze data for consolidated management reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
