Job summary

TestHiring is seeking a senior project leader to drive delivery across multiple developments in Dubai. You will oversee design, engineering, procurement and construction teams, manage contract administration and budget control, and work with CEO and Board on strategy.

Required MBA/PGDM, PMP certification and proven leadership of large real estate projects with deep FIDIC knowledge, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and a track record of leading complex real estate projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial strategy and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple developments in Dubai, ensuring on-time, in-scope, within-budget results.
• Manage design, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Oversee contract administration, commercial strategy and budget control (FIDIC preferred).
• Work with CEO and Board to shape project strategy and contractor management.
