Job summary

Dubai Holding’s real estate division is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead BTS developments from planning to handover. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules and quality, and drive issue resolution across civil, structural, MEP, and landscape works.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, risk control, and timely reporting, delivering projects that align with the group's strategic objectives and Dubai's urban development standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in developer-side project execution, construction management, programme and cost control.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders across complex development projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, statutory approvals, utility requirements, quality standards, and HSE practices.
• Experience in project planning, critical path analysis, procurement coordination, resource management, and recovery programmes.
• Strong technical understanding across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, fit-out, and specialist works.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive project performance.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software, Microsoft 365 tools, Power BI, project reporting, and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned BTS projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, critical path, procurement, design deliverables, and site productivity.
• Review risks, variations, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Resolve technical issues, design interfaces, RFIs, and approvals.
• Manage authority approvals, permits, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee QA/QC, HSE, NCRs, snagging, and close-out.
• Prepare progress reports, cost/risk dashboards for senior management.
